Request a Free Presentation On How We Will Market and Sell Your Home. Remember, All Realtors Are NOT Alike. We keep our overhead LOW,our customer service HIGH and we PASS THE SAVINGS ON TO YOU! REMEMBER! Coldwell Banker,Weichert,Century 21,etc will do one more thing that WE WILL NOT! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE! A "Listing Presentation" is an industry term for the formal presentation that a Realtor makes to prospective home sellers, trying to earn their trust and business. Don't list your home with a real estate agent without it! We would love the opportunity to make such a presentation to you. We'll visit your Fair Lawn, Oradell, Begen County and Paramus home, and together we will walk through it, considering the positives and negatives (if any!). You will then see exactly how we would propose to sell your home, for as much as the market will bear, and within your time frame. We will tell you where we will advertise your home, both in print and on the web. With the dramatic growth in homebuyer usage of the web, you MUST have a top Realtor that can extensively market your home online! And you'll find out what your Fair Lawn, Oradell, Begen County and Paramus home is worth, because part of our presentation will include a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your home. We'll compare your home to others like it in your town that have recently sold, and also to others that are currently for sale. This is a very important way of determining the fair market value of your home. We make free presentations and prepare CMAs for prospective home sellers every day. We've literally done hundreds, and we know exactly what puts a big SOLD sign in your front yard. We'd love the chance to make a presentation for you. It is totally free and without any obligation. Call us! Or fill out this form and we will get back to you quickly...
Closing or Settlement >Closing Tips
The conclusion of a real estate transaction is an exciting time for everyone involved. The closing table is the ideal place to sign papers, trade keys, and drink a toast to the new homeowners. Sometimes that setting is filled with tension and pressure as each side tries to work out important details of the transaction at the last minute.
How can you help make your closing a relaxed and happy one? First, try to get the details worked out ahead of time. There may be a few unresolved issues, such as repairs that were not completed, a disappearing dining room chandelier or a pre- or post-closing occupancy agreement. The atmosphere should remain positive in order that minor upsets will not threaten the entire transaction. If you anticipate a problem, no matter how minor it may seem, be sure to communicate the situation to your real estate agent in advance, so that it can be addressed before it has a chance to escalate.
