The decision to sell a home is often dependent on many factors. Rather than offer fluff and "pie in the sky" here is the truth about selling any property in any market.To sell for the best price and terms in any market three (3) ingredients are necessary:

PRICE-what is a fair and attractive value at the time you want to sell. ACCESSABILITY-the property must be available for viewing,even  at times inconveient to the seller. EXPOSURE- the property must be "put out there" for the consumer to see it. Now pick an agent to do that.

Company or agent names are not that important. When did any buyer say " I only want to see homes listed by agent X or company Y". Pick someone you are comfortable with to represent what is probably your largest asset.
